These terms govern your use of curecare.tn, the website of Cure Care Clinics (Curatis Corp). By browsing this site or submitting a form, you accept them in full.
1. Purpose of the site
This website presents our prosthetic, orthotic, and rehabilitation services and allows you to request appointments. Its content is general information only: it is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan, and it never replaces a consultation with a qualified clinician.
2. Appointment requests
Submitting the booking form sends a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your appointment is only confirmed once our team validates it by phone or WhatsApp. Free consultations are subject to availability in each clinic.
3. Products and services
Product descriptions, photos, and features are provided for information and may evolve as our devices improve. Certain products are available only in selected clinics. Final specifications, pricing, and reimbursement options are confirmed during your consultation, in line with Tunisian regulations applicable to medical devices (Direction de la Pharmacie et du Médicament — Ministry of Health).
4. The “Ask me” assistant
The chat assistant answers exclusively from the content of this website. It may make mistakes and its answers are not medical advice. When it cannot answer, it offers to have a specialist call you back if you choose to leave your phone number.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site — texts, photos, logos, the Hannibal, Hasdrubal, Angel, Flow, and CureCare™ names — is the property of Curatis Corp or its partners and is protected by Tunisian and international intellectual property law. Any reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.
6. Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of errors. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the site's content without clinical consultation, nor for the content or practices of third-party services we link to (such as WhatsApp or social networks).
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Tunis.
