1. Data controller

The data controller is Curatis Corp (Cure Care Clinics), with clinics at A2, Pépinière Softech, Novation City, Sahloul, Sousse, Tunisia, and Centre Urbain Nord, Lot No. 14, Block B, 8th floor, Office B8-2, Tunis, Tunisia.

2. Data we collect

Booking and contact forms: your name, phone number, chosen clinic, requested service, preferred date and time, and any notes you share about your condition or device.

“Ask me” chat assistant: the messages you send and, only when you choose to provide it, your phone number so a specialist can call you back.

Orthotics waitlist: your email address, used solely to notify you when the service launches.

Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically for security and performance.

3. Why we use your data

To schedule, confirm, and manage your appointments and consultations.

To respond to your questions and, where needed, have a specialist call you back.

To prepare your fitting by reviewing the clinical notes you choose to share.

To produce anonymous statistics that help us improve our services.

4. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent (Article 4 of Law No. 2004-63), of pre-contractual measures you request (booking an appointment), and of our legitimate interest in securing and improving the website. Health-related notes you share with us are processed only with your explicit consent.

5. Retention

Booking requests are kept for the duration of your care relationship and up to 24 months after your last visit. Chat transcripts are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Waitlist emails are deleted once the orthotics service launches or upon your request.

6. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. It is accessible only to our clinical and administrative team. When you choose to confirm an appointment via WhatsApp, your message is transmitted through WhatsApp's platform under its own terms. Our website hosting provider processes technical data on our behalf under strict confidentiality obligations.

7. Your rights

Under Law No. 2004-63, you have the right to access, rectify, update, and delete your personal data, and to object to its processing for legitimate reasons. To exercise any of these rights, email patient@curecare.tn — we respond within 15 days.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Tunisian National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (INPDP).

8. Security & changes

We apply technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, restricted access, staff training) to protect your data against loss, misuse, or unauthorized access.

We may update this policy from time to time; the date above always reflects the latest version.
